The Chief

The Chief is an important character who will appear throughout your Career campaign. Now you can take on a hostage situation with her in the driver’s seat.

Decide before the game begins if you would like to use a Negotiator card. You may select one of your choice or shuffle and take one at random.

Each Negotiator card has a special ability that can only be used ONCE during the game.
