Dobble is een observatie - en snelheidspel waarbij alle spelers gelijktijdig spelen.  Er zijn 55 kaarten waarop steeds 8 symbolen afgebeeld staan. Je kunt vijf spelvariaties spelen met Dobble. Welke spelversie je ook speelt, je moet steeds proberen om als eerste het identieke symbool tussen twee kaarten te vinden en te benoemen. Vervolgens mag je een kaart nemen, een kaart plaatsen of een kaart afleggen volgens de regels van de verschillende mini-spelletjes die je kan spelen. In Go Go Gelato gaan 2 tot 4 spelers de snelheidsuitdaging aan om zo snel mogelijk het gevraagde ijsje te maken. De speldoos van Go Go Gelato bevat 16 kleurrijke hoorntjes (in 4 kleuren), 12 bollen (in 3 kleuren) en 54 opdrachtkaarten. Een ronde begint met het opendraaien van de bovenste kaart. De spelers gaan gelijktijdig aan de slag en trachten het afgebeelde ijsje samen te stellen. Ze mogen de bollen echter niet met hun handen aanraken. Ze dienen de bollen over te gieten van het ene in het andere hoorntje. De speler die als eerste de combinatie maakt, roept "go go gelato". De andere spelers controleren de combinatie. Gobblet Junior plays the same as Gobblet, but features a smaller 3x3 board (instead of a 4x4 board) with fewer pieces. Your goal in Gobblet Junior is to place three of your pieces in a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row. Your pieces can stack on top of each other and they start the game nested, off the board.
